Taxis are cheap, I remember we took the taxi all around Gran Canaria for a small amount of money. I saw my hotel from the plane while we were approaching. Tenerife isn’t that big, however some hotels are under or look out to the approach path if rwy 26 (or is it 8) is in use.

There’s a regular local bus service and taxi’s do a flat rate of around £10 equivalent. TFS is around 10-15mins drive from the main southern resorts.

It’s quite close even if you can’t walk from las Americanas to TFS.

Tenerife South (Reina Sofia) it is. And if my recent visit is anything to go by it will be very warm.:D

Most carriers us the south airport.Although bmi operate to both airports on different days from LHR.

Yeh its Tenerife south! I flew to TFS back in October with them, AMM537C/D on A321 G-OOAJ. I also got a flight deck visit when the engines were shut down in TFS!!! :d
I highly recommend AMM/FCA and hope you have a great flight 😀
