Does anybody know what is going to happen to these beauties?
They have been sat outside at NW since October 02. Originally it was said they were for a Berlin Airlift film? Are they owned by Aces high? Anybody got any info? Would love to see one on the display circuit.

Wasn’t part of the film going to be shot at Dunsfold Park, formerly BAe Dunsfold?

They were still there ten minutes ago!
I have seen them run up one or two engines from time to time. As I am not there every day I cannot say for sure how often this happens but they are certainly not in the same catergory as the B-25 (yet).

Any happening with the North Weald C-54’s? I am assuming that they are still at the airbase. It would be a shame to see them scrapped or ?
Imagine if they could be flown along side the Dutch Connie?

Those C-54’s are only being looked after by Aces High. They are supposed to be run up on a monthl basis and be ready to go when called. I can’t remember who owns them but the film company are still searching for someone to foot the bill.

Lets hope they don’t go the same way as the B25 some of the DC3’s or even the C119.
