Wow was that Firecat once a Tracker? Never seen one before, and didnt even know they came to the UK!
Yes your quite right the firecat started life as a Tracker but converted by Conair for forest fire fighting and changing the PW radial engines for the the turbo props.
They are very rare visitors to the UK and Phil has been trying to get one to the photoshoot for several years now and so it’s arrival was testiment to Phil and Lee’s hard work.
