A slight change of format from a night shoot with an evening/sunset shoot and fortunately the weather gods played ball and we had quite a nice sunset. I was going to do some long exposure, with my long exposure filter, but the clouds didn’t seem to be moving very fast for a decent effect so resorted to using my monopod for some high level shots and then down to the ground for low level shots. The furthest to travel for the event was the Beech C-12U-3 Huron from Wiesbaden in Germany, with the crew posing in front of their aircraft before they headed home, and most surreal sight of the evening was before the event with all the photographers lined up in the car park standing behind their camera bags for an RAF Police Dog to have a good sniff at. The bags not the photographers. Many thanks to Phil,Lee and all the volunteers for a very enjoyable evening.

Nice ones Brian, glad you are ok, had visions of you out shooting around tower bridge when all the poo was going down.
