Northolt's Type A Hangar

Hello

Does anyone know if the Type A hangar at RAF Northolt still exists, or was it demolished?

One of the hangars is to be used (if not already) by a military band, the other for parade practice for the Buckingham Palace guards.

………. Must be a few museums who would love a new hanger and one with a history.

yes there are…. what is the deal with it? Time scales? How big is an A type? Any photos?

Anyone moved a hangar like this before? Can it be done and how much would it cost?

Still there even though most of the building work seems to have finished. The new hanger on the south side looks compleate now so it may be that they are now moving over to it. I still hope they have had a change of plan, or if it has to go it could be rebuilt somewhere else. Must be a few museums who would love a new hanger and one with a history.
