Engines are run once a year so I was told be a guy who works there, using a generator.

Yes the Vulcan is live but the engines are not run up they could be however as at least 3 are in very good condition.
The paintwork looks crap but its only cosmetic underneath its alot better and a repaint would have it looking good as new.

My she looks rough I do hope that she will be rpainted soon??? There appears to be a fair bit of ground equipment underneath her? Is this a sign that she is kept live?

I was there on the 2nd Sept. I dont know if it was someone working there i spoke to, but he seemed seroius about it.
But then If you they were missing when you were there, then It must of came to the museum like that.
