First visitor to spot was a diamond star and it was the first time I’ve seen a pilot all togged up in full survival gear including wellys,who must have crossed some water somewhere to arrive looking more like a U.2 driver:)
Next surprise was round the corner at one of the local helicopter operators who was having a clear out and from what I can gather these jet rangers were heading for Rotorspan at Droitwich,(north of Worcester:rolleyes::))The rest are some visitors and locals…

Just a last add on with connection to the two helicopters that were transported away is the reg of the blue and black one is G-BNYD and it was painted in the same colours as the photo below when it was in service with Sterlings.The chief engineer had mentioned that it hadn’t flown in the last three years..:)

You are correct zebedee this was a photo of the aircraft when it flew into norwich,for the paintshop then and I had just added it to highlight some of my early sightings since I moved down here..Thanks for looking..:)

Interesting… according to G-INFO and UK Serials, G-JENC was deregistered in 2009 becoming ZZ416… that looks like a different airframe…
