wow neat guys thanks. I saw the video clip of that b52 on the internet… quite sad… what happened to cause it to crash like that I wonder?

If you have always fancied a working Lightning but haven’t the garage space, or South African airspace, to fly it in, the next best thing can be found at www.mickreevesmodels.co.uk . You can also get his Javelin, Hunter or Venom! It is also worth a look for the interesting BBMF picture on the front page- which he rightly points out you can replicate with his kits!

Peter, There is a company in the UK called Wren Turbines. They make small turbines including turbo props, their website is :- http://www.wren-turbines.com/index.html
The B52 on the photos page was powered by 4 of their engines but unfortunately crashed and burnt out this Summer! At around £4-5K per unit they are not for the faint hearted. 🙂
