Notam for today Hawarden

Just noticed a very interesting notam re restrictions at Hawarden today.
Basically covers an area of 10 miles radius , surface to 3000ft but excludes the Liverpool area. Another restriction this pm.
Any clues?

It means a Royal Flight is due. Kitty Hawk 21R to and from Farnborough. Check The Times tomorrow if you want to find out who it was as it always gets listed at the back.
