hey
went down to the local for a spot of photography yesterday with some friends. managed to have fine weather for most of it, but it turned a bit nasty towards the end.
just the stock aircraft im afraid – didnt catch any very interesting aircraft.
when do the interesting cargo aircraft usually arrive – is it just random, or do they arrive on set days and times of day – i know DHL cargo flights come in the evening and at night, but when does the occasional 747 or Russian cargo jet arrive?
thanks

Did you stop by the motorway or something?
We walked from the terminal and along the airport trail, which is right next to the M1, and thats where the photos are taken
What camera were you using just out of interest?
Olympus C-765UZ
thanks guys

Great shots Adam. Nice to see some photos from NEMA since we hardly ever get shots from there. My fav is the FR738 close up as well!

Excellent shots there Adam. Really like the extreme FR 738 close up! What camera were you using just out of interest?
By the way, the 738 winglets are around 8 feet tall. You get a good idea just how big they are when you compare them to tha aircraft doors!
