Novel about Blenheims in the Far East

I am in contact with someone whose uncle flew with 84 Sq under these circumstances, and I remembered that many years ago, perhaps the mid 60s, I read a novel about the above subject. How good I don’t recall (it might have been better than I gave it credit for at the time) but don’t remember the whole title. I believe it began with “Johnny…”. There was another at the same time called “Johnny Kinsman” but that was a Bomber Command novel. Has anyone any suggestions?
