Interesting series of ‘Crash Files’ on the Sky Three (freeview) channel. The report on the crash in the everglades highlighted poor handling of hazardous items such as oxygen generators.
Although they came down hard on the maintainers, it was stated that these generators have no markings indicating that they are hazardous. Shouldn’t they have?
