Can anyone put an aircraft to these codes i came accross recently… I believe the 26 codes with a single letter were the original wartime codes. The Whitley was 26J – obviously this had to be expanded as there just aren’t enough letters in the alphabet!

Please note some of these codes got reused so there could be later aircraft that share the same codes.
