Oil Priming of re-installed engines

Was wondering if anyone out there knows how to do it as the stbd avon 200 series on the sea vixen at brunty is all in and connected but we beleive that the bearings are currently dry or at least a bit short on oil, hence the rumbling

I know on the Pegasus as per inhibiting the engine you effectively back flush the oil system by using a pressurised rig

If any does know, I need photo’s to show what needs disconnecting we do have some form of adaptor that goes on a risbriger which i beleive is the correct tool for the job, but have know idea where to connect it

The other method is to apparently dry cycle the engine and check level, effectively you’ll end up doing a spin up and then flush, filter change/clean and then refill
