The two recent ones that come to mind are Bloody Sunday and Slavery where Dave has apologised in my name(being a UK citizen) for it all.
Can anyone think of any other Country that does this and if so for what?

I think it is both pointless and meaningless for any individual to apologise on behalf of any previous government for acts for which neither he nor the current government can be remotely responsible.
If there is more to come they will be increasingly meaningless.
How far back in time shall we go?
