Old Aviation Magazines/Books

Hello again,

My sister and I have just inherited a bunch of old Aviation Books and magazines.

Some of the magazines go back to 1939/1940 and we’d love to find a home where they would be much appreciated.

Anyone got any suggestions – polite ones only please!!! 😉

Thanks,
Jane

Can you give me a short list/idea of whats available.
I would be interested in taking the lot if the price is right and you could ship them to me (via boat mail),let me know. (south oz)

Well, I am in Suffolk too – so I suppose, unless anybody else is keen, it’s down to me?

Thanks, I’m actually in Suffolk until the 31st, going through all of the stuff.

I can definately catalogue the books/magazines – the auction idea really appeals to us both.

Obviously I don’t have a huge amount of time – would anyone be willing to help????? 😮

You are in the States?

If you don’t find a ready taker over there maybe the answer would be for one of us UK-side to bear the shipping costs and then hold a mini-auction over here, proceeds going to the RAF Association Wings Appeal or some other aviation charity.
