Hi
A relatively short flying display of about of about two and a half hours. Cloudy to begin with but the sun eventually came out.
The main area of the croudline with the trade stands was packed with people but further and beyond to left where the second car park was there was plenty of space.
My highlight of the day was the Duxford based Spitfire TR9 flown by Rod Dean.
The public attendance was quite decent but the second car park was about three quarters full so perhaps not as good as previous years.

Loverly pics. Nice to see Ken Wallis is still playing with his toys. Considering they were only built for his enjoyment I think the Wallis Gyrocopters are great little machines which Ken shows off to their best advantage.

Yes, it was Ken Wallis. John Fairey was flying the Safir and Rod Dean certainly seemed to be enjoying himself! The attendance was certainly better than last year, due not least to far better qweather this year. I can’t comment on other years.
