I have finally got round to uploading a folder of odd images from my first digital camera (point’n’shoot) from 2002 plus a few scans from 1989 and 2001! Hopefully they will be of interest to some of you.

Matt, I hope you don’t mind me adding these from a similar era.
Dan Air – Loud and proud! These sounded like an aircraft is meant too.

Are you sure about that?
I only recall the ATP which I travelled on several times when they operated LGW-GCI for fellow franchisee CityFlyer Express, along with the current types, Jetstream 31/32/41 and Dornier 328/328Jet.

You could be completely right, and the ATPs visited Manchester too. I thought I had a recollection of them operating CRJs for a short time, but maybe going completely mad.

CRJs also appeared in BA livery operated by SunAir under their franchise with BA

AFAIK cloud_9, they were operated by the BA franchise Maersk based out of BHX, that then turned into Duo who then went belly up!
Absolutely correct. CRJs also appeared in BA livery operated by SunAir under their franchise with BA on services from Denmark.

Like the out of window shot…where was that???
Looks very much like Co.Down in Northern Ireland, after taking off from 04 at City. Unfortunately it doesn’t always look quite so exotic and hot as the picture.
Cool shots

I love the photo from Stansted, with Buzz’ G-BSNR, and Go’s G-IGOX in the background. Seems along time ago now, but I can remember G-IGOX arriving at Stansted on delivery to Go. Good times…

…plus a few scans from 1989 and 2001…
Love seeing some of that “old” stuff… by most standards 2002 isn’t that long ago, but theres a whole load of stuff there that we never see anymore!
I presume you meant 1999 and 2001, not 1989??
