Old Warden Flying Evening 18-05-2019

I was glad I made the decision to go even though for an evening show, photography can be a bit gloomy without sunshine.

There was a little bit of sunshine late in to the flying display but this is the first time in a long time that two Westland Lysanders have displayed together.

One was the Shuttleworth’s own black Lysander and the newly restored Lysander ‘LXE’ from the Aircraft Restoration Company.
