On what date did the Nakajima E4N first fly and enter service?

I am just wondering on what date in 1930 did the E4N first fly and on what date in 1931 did the E4N enter service, if anyone knows that would be very helpful.

That’s good enough

Nearest I can get was that it was accepted for service in December 1931.

Like John above, that’s all I can find in Putnam’s Japanese Aircraft 1910-1941 by Mikesh & Abe.

I think Japanese military security of the period may prevent anything else being known.
