Hi All,
As you’ve no doubt seen from Tom’s thread, we has a little jaunt out yesterday, ending the evening at MAN and meeting up with a certain 350D wielding moderator…
For no reason other than sheer laziness (which is terrible I know), I’ve uploaded these at 1024 wide. I’ll return to 800 for my next post, and if anyone has any real problems with loading this thread let me know and I’ll re-upload them at 800 (if I have time!)
Enjoy!

And my personal favourite, although I’m not sure Jetphotos.net would accept it…

Steve, thanks a million for transporting us around yet again. Tom, thanks for being ginger, and Lance, it was good to see you again. That jam sometimes sounds like a plan (or should that be plane)!

Excellent shots mate, particularly like the Emirates and SAS 737.
Being ginger is no problem, anytime you……… ;).

Nice to see fully gear up shots as opposed to doors gaping open. I suppose that is not difficult with the 146 as it relies solely on the curvature of the earth to get airborne!

There’s only one word for the shot of the EK, gorgeous! :D. I assume the first two were from Sheldon Country Park?
Great selection Paul :), out of curiousity did you have step-ladders with you or were you just tall enough to go over the fence at BHX? or were there some gaps!
Cheers Tom! Yup, first two were from Sheldon Country Park. I just wish they’d have been coming in the other way! With the Emirates shot I managed to find a nice big gap in the fence that my 50-500 lens would only just fit through. If I’d have used my brain (rarely happens) I’d have dropped you an email the night before!
