Can anyone tell me if the rudder fabric from DH9 C.6114 is displayed at the Mosquito Aircraft Museum? If not, where? It was from a 49 Squadron machine flown by Lt A H Curtis when it was damaged on 7 June 1918.
I have an account written by Curtis, but he seems to leave out a big chunk of the story and talks of being hit by “Archie” but then infers later on that there was an engagement with enemy fighters on that occasion although he misses out all detail of that in the main body of his account. Is there a copy out there somewhere of the full story?

We do have some Curtis material, so quite possibly yes. I’ll have a look.
