Well there are 2 cars parked on the side of the road, perhaps indicating a spotters spot, however it couyld just be to go to the beach, lol!

If it just left LAX it would be low over the road and beaches.

Minidoh has a point, the roads & the beach hut look out of scale, or is it REALLY low and that blowing sand is an effect of the engines ?
