On 8th September, I made my first ever visit to Oostende Airport (EBOS). The ground floor of the terminal was deserted, but when we went up to the cafe on the first floor there were more people here. EBOS is mainly a cargo airport, but charters do leave from here.
Futura Boeing 737 EC-**Z parked at the terminal.
A very abandoned-looking aircraft, no markings at all on this one!
MK Airlines DC8 9G-MKG.
MK Airlines Boeing 747 Cargo 9G-MKM.
The DC8 again.
And again.
And again.
Futura Boeing 737.
I took loads of photos of the DC8 because when it was preparing to taxi, and the engines were powered up, a long orange flame came from the back of the nearest engine!

Danairboy – sorry I don’t know where the Futura was heading, I just know that the MK DC8 was going to NCL.
Airline owner – that was my first MK Airlines 747, I was pleased to get it because the 747 is my favourite to photograph.

Where was the Futura 737 bound? Palma or TFS?

Thanks for the comments. That was the first DC8 I had seen since 1995, when I saw one in Sydney. Before that I had seen them often in Iceland before Icelandair sold them from the fleet.
