operation rutter '42 & starkey '43 markings

Hi All,
I unfortunately have got all my reference books packed for my impending move, has anyone any info on the following two subjects ?

1) Operation Rutter markings, I have seen photos of these on spitfires, but has anyone seen any photos of them on the hurricanes, mustangs or the twin engined a/c ?

2) Operation starkey, Anyone know if the american aircraft involved in Starkey carried any starkey stripes ?
