Operational usage of Yak-27R "Mangrove"

YAK-27R flew it’s first flight in 1956 and it remained in VVS service into the 1970s.

Now to my question, was Yak-27R ever used in a “special” operation like Prague Spring in 1968 or in the Afghanistan war?
