Ordering Tickets from Seetickets for Cosford Airshow

Anyone else had a problem? 😡

I ordered yesterday 2 tickets for Cosford online via their vendor Seetickets.com. I got a booking reference yet no confirmation email came through. Having left it for 24 hours, I checked their trakcing site and they had no reference of me. I phoned 5 times and got an engaged tone.

Eventually I got a ring tone, then was put on hold for 10 minutes :rolleyes: Finally I got through and was put on hold after telling my story whilst the customer services lady checked She then likely ballsed up and transferred me to another colleague who couldn’t help me. This chap said I should ring back and try again… Not likely given I would be getting engaged tones and waiting on an expensive 0871 number.

Herein lies a tip; kick up a fuss. I got back to someone within 20 seconds. I was told they can’t see any money has gone through, they don’t have my address and have no record of my tranaction.

A few review sites say they are not that good… Is it just me? Seems a lot of fuss to save a tenner.
