Other things happening in the real world

While you lot have all been throwing your teddies from the pram real life has been biting some of us on the ass again.

This morning my partner looked out of the bedroom to see her car had been broken into. Lots of messing about, a new passenger window and glass every where.

Tonight my car was broken into (40 miles away) and the lock wrecked. I drove home 40 miles with no window. Tomorrow is to be spent getting my cellphone replaced (Yes I left in the car . . .) and seeing if this will write off my high-mileage car (answer- most probably) and spending lots of time and money I haven’t got getting all this sorted.

meanwhile I will not be sorting out the solenoid on my aeroplane (remember them?)

I may start a poll devoted to interesting ways of killing or torturing car theives

My current fave is to boil their testicles in battery acid.

It would do nothing for the crime figures but I would enjoy it SO MUCH.
