Other ways to go stealthy?

With the F117 and B2 the US opted to use shape and painting the aircraft with radar absorbant paint to acheive a stealthy aircraft but are there any other ways this can be acheived?

Can an ‘anti’ radar signal be emitted by the jet to cancel the reflected signal from reaching the transmitter? Is there any other techniques that could be used to confuse or alter the signals using electronic warfare equipment?
