Isn’t this just a typical Amazon ploy? As soon as there is a hint of a product being released in the distant future, they advertise it for sale.

They advertised the forthcoming Hawker Hart family tome before JDK announced that he was proofreading it.

Best wishes

Yes, me too.

I ordered it delivered to my chum Lofty as a birthday present – looks like it’ll be just in time for Christmas.

At least that’s miles better than not being released at all…:)

From whence cometh Dam Buster.

I’m interested! I was an electrical fitter with 617 Sqdn at Binbrook 1951 to 1955 when they were disbanded, I think to the V Bombers. Had you any connection?

I see they are now Simply Home Entertainment:
http://www.simplyhe.co.uk/

By conducting a quick search on their new site I received 0 results for ‘Over Here’.
I hope you receive your DVD Moggy, or a refund if not. Shame, I really wanted this for myself!

Mmm, I noticed that. I wonder if they’ve simply taken up production of DDHE’s old stock, not new titles…

Does it say in “your orders” the name of the DVD production company – I only ask it’s the sort of title DD would have released, and if it was them you may of course have pre-ordered before they went into administration.

That’s great news, thanks for the head’s up Moggy. However, after searching on amazon.com, amazon.co.uk and play.com, I see no sign of it.

Brilliant ! I’m going to get two copies, one to watch and one for the fire-proof safe 😉 I love Martin Clunes’ violent twitch whenever he hears the word ‘Luftwaffe’. The end is quite poignant too. Thanks for this great news Mogster:D
