hi i went on
http://www.avions-de-legende.com/tablprof/Tabrest.htm
and it says that the TFC own P-40B TOMAHAWK 41-13297 and it is currently being restored, i renember when the TFC had the other p-40,but sold it because it was too vunerable to operate on the airshow circuit or something. but this is funny news, are they going to operate, a p-36,p-40b, p-40M and a P-39Q together? or is that a swop for the mossie?
any1 know when either Flugwerks FW190, or tempest II is going to fly before flying legends this year? ( im dying to see the la-9,dogfight a sea fury!)
thanks
Graeme

thanks tom, yeah the La-9 is a lovely looking aircraft, there are some new pics of her on the OFMC site. Thats a shame bout the tempest,is that up for sale still ? or is that the other tempest II?

There’s a vague possibility that the 190 could make it but I doubt that the test schedule will be complete by then as the first flight should happen at the end of this month so they say. As for the Tempest II that Gerry Cooper is restoring I have it from a good source that it will definitely not be flying before Legends so count that out. I’ll be happy just seeing the LA-9 myself.
Tom.
