I love how the article states, that the pedal in the cockpit once helped control the rudder – well, it helped a lot!
And the one on the other side helped with the rest! 😀

Its a bit worrying when you read the standard of journalism in Stars and Stripes sometimes…..
They’re not the only ones. The latest RAF News captions a Hurricane as a Spitfire and a Seafire as a Sea Fury.
Anyway, back to the thread. For museum display or to the States as a flying ‘restoration’, I wonder?
