No, it seemed to have run into a mechanical issue – after reaching as far as Bangor, Maine, it was then flown back westward to Roush Aviation, where it spent some time, and then eventually was flown back to its home airport in Columbus, Ohio a couple weeks ago.

Is she coming back for the 5th at Duxford or staying over in France and so not taking part in the main formation?

Spitfire’s TD314, NH341 and RR232 are escorting C47 “Drag em Oot” over to Normandy on the 4th June from North Weald.

I saw that yesterday and asked Daks Over Normandy if there was a definitive list of escorting fighters. Their reply was that the list is growing, but so far confirmed were 3 P51s, 1 Spit and 5 T6s.
Uk Airshow info has previously stated that Spitfires MT818 and MJ772 would be escorting, along with Mustangs Miss Helen, Shark and Scat VII.

Biggin Hill Heritage Hangar’s Facebook page has Old Crow flying to Biggin Hill for the Daks over Normandy event. I believe it started its journey up the US on 05/05/19
