Good evening,
I have a P6 compass that I believe was fitted to single engined aircraft up to around the middle of 1940 before being replaced by the P8.
I have found very little information online about these and was wondering if they are scarce compared to the later P8s.
Any information gratefully received.

The P6 compass was also used in the Westland Whirlwind fighter.
But we have one thanks but not sure if the guys want a spare.

There is a little bit here about RAF navigation and the Aperiodic Compass.

Thanks Brian, that is about the only link I was able to find online!
This compass is available for trade / sale if anyone is interested, although I have no real idea of its value.
