Scheduled for 09:30 Wednesday 25th Apr 07. Returning to Coventry for final checks then off to Coningsby around lunch time or early afternoon. All depending on weather. However, if the weather is ok tomorrow afternoon, it will be doing the airtest then but will be returning to Coventry for a Wednesday departure.

Spare a thought for the RAAF guys who flew Lancs during the war. 25Apr is Anzac Day in Oz and our major day of remembrance [they’ve even made Two-up legal on Anzac Day!!]

It’s also the day that 463/467 RAAF squadron hold their re-union at Waddington, and I understand a Lancaster fly-past is taking place. I’ve been invited but very sadly can’t make it. I sincerely hope all goes well and the weather is kind.
