PAF on offensive

Why is PAF winning stupid?

This is in response to SOCs thread lisitng PAF winning on the offensive as an absurd idea. I wish to challenge this as biased and not factual. The PAF can easily carry out a pre-emptive strike like Israel in 1967 and destory the cream of the IAF before it even takes off.
