PAK-FA complement ?

According to airwar.ru T-50 PAK-FA article, ( and if the translation is not too much off),the PAK-FA was ( is )suposed to be complemented by a light fighter design (LFI), but it was( is) decided that the Mig-35 will fill the LFI role, aparently it is ” partially corresponding to the requirements for the 5th generation ( light fighter) and suitable for the accomplishment of contemporary objectives.”

Does anyone have more insight and more reliable info on this ? Are the russians still working on a LFI, or they will go for the Mig-35/T-50/Su-35 mix in the 2020 time frame?
