Pakistani AWACS

I have recently seen some reports detailing plans for Pakistan to acquire 6 Brazilian AWEACS planes. These aircraft would be produced by Enbraer of brazil and would mount the Swedish Earyia radar system.

Do you think that this syetm is good enough to keep an eye on India,China,Afghanistan and Iran. Do you also think that this system is as good as the syem that India is thinking of buying from Israel the Phalcon system.
Pakistan is wanting to buy 4 at the estimated price of $4 billion dollars.
