It appears that Palmair will cease operations in April.
This is as a result of Astraeus taking back the B737 that is leased by Bath Travel, who operate under the Palmair brand.
Not sure if this means a complete end, as there is always a chance that Bath Travel could continue to function as a travel agency, so it might just be the end of flight operations, but its not good to see it go.

Astraeus reclaimed Boeing 737 from Palmair after debt issue
The plane leasing company Astraeus said it had to repossess a Boeing 737 being used by Bath Travel for its operator Palmair because of the “scale of debt” involved.
Bath Travel’s managing director Stephen Bath said last week he would be bringing Palmair operations to an end in April.
Astraeus said it wanted to clarify the reasons for its taking back the 737 and cited the debt as the reason.
It added that it hoped the debt issue would be sorted out and that it had “great sympathy” for the Palmair affair.

It is a shame that the airline is going to disappear, but, on the bright side, at least Palmair hasn’t suddenly come to an end. For those booked to travel with the company, at least it gives them time to make alternative arrangements or to get refunds for flights/holidays they have yet to take.

Seems like Bath Travel are not paying all of their bills. Whilst its sad to see them go, Astraeus aren’t a charity!
