Parachute attachment

Hi all,

Would anybody recognise this? It has the part number 18015 present but nothing more. It was attached to parachute canopy risers via two “D” shackles. The chute remains came recently from the North Sea and I’m trying to establish if it’s aircraft related or maybe ordinance?
