Can anyone tell me anything about a white silk parachute donated to the museum, on which can be found the stamp below. Sadly there is no provenance to go with it.

Parachute query
The canopy is a 22′ reserve parachute for the type T-3 parachute assembly. This was the type used by US airborne troops in training stateside 1942-44 and not used operationally. Never seen one before, I’d imagine that it is fairly rare.
