Paris Airshow

I was very disappointed with the layout of the show, it seams that the organisers go out of there way to block your view of the displaying aircraft. A whole street of two story ‘company Chalets’ blocks most of the flight line and at the public end a very tall grey solid wooden wall is constructed the opposite end has large warehouse shed exhibition halls. This left only a concrete apron at one end which was jammed packed with such a large crowd of spectators to put any cup final to shame. Add to that countless flagpoles and other obstructions getting in the way of a nice clean view of the displaying aircraft, which in many cases consisted of a takeoff circuit and a landing most of that out of view. Are we just spoilt in the UK were I have never had a bad view at an airshow and where the aircraft do a display that is a good five to ten minutes in length weather permitting.

Sorry if this sounds like a bit of a moan, but has any one else had a better experience.
