Part ID assistance – prop pitch?

Hi all

I came across this today and was wondering if anyone can confirm exactly what it is? It was with some other aircraft parts and I thought it could be prop related? There are some numbers but I will need to clean it up to read them.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks Bruce, at least I know it’s aircraft related.

I have attached a photo of the markings? Am I correct in thinking Westland and Argosy? Although all Argosy’s I have seen have 4 bladed props?

Definitely not Argosy.
I’ve never seen a spider like that, and I’ve seen one or two, so it may be helicopter.

Yes, its a propeller spider – someone better than I will know what it is from.
