Part ID – PSCO stamp

Looking for an ID for type from parts found at a crash site on the continent. I haven’t seen them first hand and other than obviously British from these and other finds I have no more info. PSCO inspection stamps appear on a couple of parts – assuming ‘Pressed Steel Company‘ ‘O’ Oxford ? From the net I could see that various subassemblies were made by them plus Tiger Moths. This site has yielded 4 oxygen bottles so would rule out single seat types that I know of.
2 part numbers have a ‘SS’ prefix

Any thoughts ?

Thanks, Jeff

Unfortunately I don’t have other pictures of the pieces or other numbers than shown

Some parts have SS stamped on them to denote that the material they are made from is Stainless Steel.

I have the catch from a Spitfire canopy/access door with such a mark.

I’ve seen ‘SS’ prefix numbers (usually four digits) on Bristol engine components. The usual Bristol numbering system is five digit numbers prefixed by ‘FB’.
