Part ID required – WW1 Airship part numbers ??

Dear Forum members, earlier this summer I purchased this item from an online aviation store. The description was that it was the control wheel to a WW1 British observation blimp. Part numbers C-483-1 and C-483-2. Are there any airship or WW1 aviation experts out there who could share their expertise or knowledge with part numbers for this period of time? I’ve checked through the various part number forums on this site but WW1 stuff is very limited. The seller did depict photos of a British naval SSZ-23 blimp as a backdrop to selling the item but I don’t know if this was factual or a marketing tool. The seller didn’t know either, but then again she was selling a deceased family members collection. Thanks in advance for any information provided.
