It’s my old Mum’s birthday today.She’s 85,and I still respect a lot of the stuff I learnt as a child.Whether or not you’ve got kids, what’s the ONE piece of advice or philosophy you’d like them to know ?

Life is too short to be taken seriously, or, Let’s get it right first time as it is not a dress rehearsal. I think I learned the latter too late to benefit from the knowledge, oh well that’s life.

Whilst only a young ‘un (honest) the best advice I’ve heard recently is:
“Very few people go to bed disappointed that they did exercise.”
Maybe so but they might just kill themselves with the strain:)
