Apparently the aircraft is only five years old, so why does it have 60s upholstery?

Yeah Jay I had a passenger on a charter in a Cessna 310 inadvertently set the curtain on fire while trying to light his pipe (smoking was permitted in those days). They were very reluctant to use their whiskey water to put the fire out though, and smothered it with something. I didn’t see exactly how they managed that as they were behind me.

Hi Ralph,
Crazy and terrifying though it looks and seems it can happen on any flight:mad:, anywhere in the world if matches or a lighter get through without being identified at security screening.
Let’s be optimistic though.:D
