Passing of a true hero

Hopefully this little link will work. This is the man who marched up Sword beach armed with nothing more than a set of bagpipes as hell descended all around him.
True hero indeed.

That man hat a set of brass balls for sure.

I remember a documentary about D-Day which mentioned this mans act.
They found ex German soldiers that had defended the beaches that day and recalled seeing this “Crazy man playing Bagpipes”.
They said they had no idea what to make of him, commended him on his courage to one another and left him be.
