Patch Identification.

I need help in identifying this patch. Iknow it’s poor quality but it’s cut from a small photo & is the best i can do. I know it’s from the RCAF but need to know unit details etc. If anyone actually has one, any chance i could purchase it from you?

White Knight

Hi Alexis,

Just to let you know that the majority (the tip tanks are coming later) of ‘HB arrived at it’s new home today.

Come on up when you can.

BW,

Phil

Presumably early-70s? I would assume that it is from a picture of O H-B?

Correct.

Thanks for the info.

AETE is the Aerospace Engineering Test Establishment, based at CFB Cold Lake, in Alberta. However, it is abreviated as AETE, not AE & TE as in the crest. So I am not certain that it is the same thing or not.

Their website is: http://www.forces.gc.ca/aete/default_e.asp

Though there does not seem to be much there to lead you to whether or not this is their crest, or at least an older version of it.

You sure it is RCAF?
