Pewter Tankard ID please

On another forum I frequent, someone has asked for an ID on a pewter tankard found in a charity shop. I wonder if anyone here can help please ?

Thanks chaps.

I think that possibly the tankard and badge are not connected. In as much as
it may have been an existing tankard given to a wife or girlfriend. With what
I believe to be the “Sweetheart badge” attached.

PeeDee. WW1 perhaps when 60.000 horses and mules were sent to Europe.
Is it RFC or RAF, can’t make it out.

I reckon…
A and District Worshipful Company of Farriers.

But the connection of Horses to the Air Force is a bit loose.

Is there anything significant in the colour of the RAF badge ?

A Sweetheart badge perhaps ?
